Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and CleverTrade Ltd, 25 Sveti Naum blvd, Sofia, Bulgaria, company registration number 111111111 ("CleverTrade", "we"). They cover your use of clevertrade.ai, including www.clevertrade.ai, app.clevertrade.ai, our emails and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy policy.

Current phase: early access and mock payments

• Early access: anyone aged 18 or over can create an account on app.clevertrade.ai; some features are still in preview.
• Mock payments: payments are simulated. The checkout accepts any valid-looking card details, always succeeds and no real money is charged. Amounts, receipts and renewals are shown as they will work later; we'll ask you to accept updated terms before any real charge.
• Simulated data: market data, AI analysis and Ask Clever answers are simulated test data and are labelled as mock or "Preview". Don't use them for real trading decisions.

The Service

CleverTrade is a research tool for stock traders. It brings together market news and events, technical analysis, social-media sentiment, public filings and AI-generated insights. It provides information only. The features depend on your plan (see Plans).

No investment advice

• CleverTrade doesn't provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security.
• This includes AI-generated analysis, "Clever stocks", consensus labels, quality scores and Ask Clever answers.
• We aren't a broker, an investment adviser or a financial planner, and we don't know your personal circumstances.
• Data and AI limits:
  • data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong;
  • AI output can be inaccurate or out of date;
  • insider and government trades come from public filings that are published after the trades happened;
  • analyst ratings are third-party opinions.
• Trading involves risk, including losing your capital. Past performance doesn't predict future results.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Do your own research and consider a licensed adviser.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Service where it's prohibited by law or sanctions.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure. One person per account; don't share your account.
• You sign in with email and password (and with Google, where we offer it). Admins may have extended access to operate the Service.
• Tell us at contact@clevertrade.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

Plans

Prices are in US dollars. Prices don't include taxes, which aren't charged in this phase. The current prices and features are shown on the plan selection page.

Free trial

• Each person can have one 7-day free trial of either plan.
• A payment card is required to start the trial. You won't be charged during the trial.
• At the end of the trial your plan starts and the monthly price is charged automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We'll remind you by email 2 days before.
• If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial ends and you aren't charged.

Automatic renewal and payments

• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Each renewal is charged on the renewal date to your saved card.
• Failed payment: we'll email you, keep your access for a grace period of 3 days and try once more. If the payment still fails, the subscription ends. Your favorites and settings stay saved, and you can renew (without a new trial).
• Price changes: we may change plan prices. A new price applies from your next renewal after the change; your current period is never charged again. You can cancel at any time before your renewal. The current price of your plan is always shown on your Subscription page, and each receipt shows the amount charged.

Changing plans and cancellation

• Changing plans: you can't switch between Regular and Pro within an account in this phase. To use the other plan, create a new account with a different email address and choose that plan.
• Cancel: in Profile → Subscription, anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period (or the trial). You can reactivate before then.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of your first payment. By starting a paid subscription you ask us to provide the Service straight away; if you withdraw within those 14 days, we may keep an amount in proportion to the days you used. To withdraw, email contact@clevertrade.ai.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, resell, scrape or systematically download data or AI output, or use the Service to build a competing product;
• share your account or access, or get around plan limits or rate limits (for example Ask Clever's daily limit);
• interfere with the Service, probe or break its security, or use bots, except as we allow;
• use the Service unlawfully, including for market manipulation or to break securities laws;
• upload harmful content or misuse Ask Clever (for example to generate unlawful content).

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, content and AI output are owned by CleverTrade or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own research while your subscription is active. Market data and third-party content may be subject to their providers' terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or disable your account if you break these terms, if we must for security or legal reasons, or if a payment fails as described above. We'll tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

• While your account is disabled: you can't log in, and no charges are made.
• If your period or trial ends while the account is disabled: the subscription ends.
• Refunds: the current period isn't refunded automatically; contact support.

You can close your account anytime by emailing contact@clevertrade.ai; we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data may be delayed. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, CleverTrade isn't liable for:
  • any trading or investment losses;
  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits or data.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit doesn't apply to liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then; continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
